Vikran Vacation is an all-year holiday centre in the Northern Norway, driven by our small family. The property is located just 30 km away from the airport of Tromsø and 33 km from the city center, surrounded by heart breaking views.

You can go fishing the whole year around. Vikran is located at the seashore of famous Rystraumen. Streams bring a lot of fish and mountains hide from strong winds. We have all fishing areas nearby. Cod, wolffish and halibut can be caught just 100 meters away from Vikran.

Hiking trails of different levels are easily accessible and lead to beautiful viewpoints.

Northern lights are visible from September until April. The awesome view on Tromsø with dancing Northern lights is an experince of the must. We are privileged to be able to shoot the Northern lights right from the terrace in front of the building.

Nearby you will find petroglyphs, old grass roof houses, cafe with local food and farms.

Tromsø, with its entertainments is in 35 minutes by car, and that means, that you can combine a countrylife with a city life: cafes, restaurants, museums and shopping malls.
